Stephanie Hall
Executive Director
Executive Director, Stephanie Hall, has a career that has spanned half a decade in senior living, three of which have been at The Watermark by The Bay. In her time at our community she has thrived, building strong relationships with the residents, associates, and local organizations. Before finding her passion in senior living, she previously worked in Behavioral Health for twenty-five years as both an Administrator and Regional Director of Operations.
Stephanie has long had a passion for helping others. In college, she studied Social and Criminal Justice, receiving her MA Psychology with specialization in Sports Psychology from University of Arizona. Additionally, she holds a Masters in Marriage, and Family Therapy, and is currently completing her Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Systemic Change & Organizational Leadership. She also earned her real estate license in 2023.
At home, Stephanie has seven children and ten grandchildren. She also is a licensed foster parent. In her free time, she loves to travel, enjoy sports, and teach beach Zumba classes during the spring and summer months. She is also an avid swimmer.
