My 90 year old mother was surely in need of assisted-living care. We moved her there several months ago into a remarkably spacious, bright, and tidy apartment. The whole facility looks positively "upscale." They keep the place immaculate. My mother is very happy there and well taken care of. She has only positive things to say about the kind and conscientious caretakers. I agree! I live in San Francisco, so the drive over to visit her is less than 1/2 hour. I equally appreciate that the costs are solidly competitive with other offerings we explored. I am most positive about the whole experience there. I feel fortunate to have found the place.

We have been there for seven months and since the beginning, they went/go above and beyond to help me navigate a really tough time for an Urgent admission. We had a bumpy transition due to some health issues for my mom they were accommodating, helpful, flexible, supportive, and really worked with our needs to ensure we were happy and supported. The facility is extremely clean, great activities and the food is good.

Seven years ago my sister moved into The Watermark by the Bay. She had been ill for some time and had tried several other assistive living facilities without finding an acceptable facility. Once she landed in The Watermark by the Bay, she had found her new home. The physical facilities at Watermark are nice but it has been the people who work there that made the difference. The staff performs their work with a kindness and love that can’t be matched. My sister passed away a week ago. Reflecting on the last seven years, my sister’s time at Watermark was a Godsend. We could not have done this stage of life any better and Watermark was a big part of this.

This is such a wonderful location, so many thing to do just outside the door. The staff is dedicated and fun. There's always something fun and interesting to do, so many activities. You feel safe having help so close by. And no worries about keeping up with a house.
